Addendum – Completing the procedure of 2016 dividend payment

In order to complete the procedure disseminated by means of capital market institutions using the current report of 15 June 2017 the National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the shareholders registered in the Shareholders' register on 07 June 2017 about completing the procedure of 2016 dividend payment as follows:

In case of shareholders registered in the books of the Central Depositary in section I of the Register, namely the natural / legal persons / other entities non-represented by the Participant that are holders of current accounts opened with BRD - Groupe Société Générale, and have not previously chosen before payment date to have their dividends paid in another account notified to the Central Depositary / CNTEE Transelectrica SA, their dividends will be automatically paid on payment date by bank transfer into their current accounts opened with BRD, if their ID data have been updated and are consistent in both entities, the BRD - Groupe Société Générale and the Central Depositary.
