Event to report:– payment of interest rate and of TEL 18 capital value on the pay-off date 19 December 2018

The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA, in its capacity of Issuer announces the payment of interest rate and capital value on the pay-off date 19 December 2018 as associated to the bonds issued in 2013, in accordance with the Prospectus of the inaugural bond offer, approved under Decision A-657/10.12.2013 of the Financial Supervisory Authority.

Payments will be made on 19 December 2018 by the Banca Comerciala Romana [Romanian Commercial Bank] SA, in its capacity of payment agent, to the holders of Transelectrica bonds recorded in the Register of bond holders kept by the Central Depositary SA on the reference date 05.12.2018.

The capital and interest payment will be made by bank transfer into the Lei accounts notified by the Transelectrica bond holders in the Subscription Form or notified to the Payment agent by bond holders at least 5 week-days before the Interest Pay Date / Pay-off Date, in accordance with the provisions of the Issuance Prospectus, 'Bond terms and conditions' chapter.

The bond interest rate is fixed: 6.1% per annum.

Interest will be calculated in accordance with the provisions of the Issuance Prospectus, 'Bond terms and conditions' chapter, section 7 – Interest.

Transelectrica bonds are transacted on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), sector Credit Titles of Corporative Bonds, under TEL18 symbol.
