Infinity Capital Investments S.A. brings to the attention of shareholders and investors the fact that, in the auction organized on 05.06.2024, a competitive open call auction, the participation of 19.454% of the share capital, held by Infinity Capital Investments S.A., was awarded at the Regional Investment Office Oltenia IFN S.A., respectively 272,411 shares, at the price of 100,000 lei for the entire package of shares.

The sale-purchase contract will be signed with the awarding bidder within 30 working days from the date of signing the award minutes.
