SIF Banat-Crișana informs the investors that, in the court file no. 337/108/2020 having as object the declaratory action and suspending of voting rights filed by the plaintiff Flaros SA, the Tribunal of Arad reopened the case and set a trial date of February 7, 2022. The case was previously suspended, based on the provisions of art. 413, par. (1), pt. 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, until the final settlement of the court file no. 5295/2/2019 judged by the Bucharest Court of Appeal, Section IX Administrative and Fiscal Litigation. In the court file no. 5295/2/2019 judged by the Bucharest Court of Appeal, the court, based on art. 406 par. 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, ascertained the waiver of the judgment filed by the plaintiff Flaros SA in contradiction with the defendants in the case.
