The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the investor public that at its meeting of 14 December 2016 the Supervisory Board acknowledged the resignation of Mr Manuel COSTESCU from his capacity of member in the Supervisory Board of Transelectrica, beginning with 13 December 2016.

At present the Supervisory Board carry out activities with the members in office as of the date of this Communiqué.
