Penalties:	The level of penalty interest rates correspond as percentage with the interest rate owed for the failure to pay in due time the liabilities to the state budget, for each day of delay;

Terms of payment:	No later than 6 week-days since receipt date by fax or email; the settlement invoice will be paid by the due date, defined as the 15th day of the month following the contractual month.
