The company ELECTROAPARATAJ S.A., with its registered office in Târgoviște Municipality, Calea Câmpulung no. 121, C7, Dâmbovița County, registered at the Trade Register Office attached to the Dâmbovița Tribunal under no. J15/80/2011, having the Tax Identification Number RO 51 and the Unique European Identifier (EUID): ROONRC.J15/80/2011 (the "Company"), informs all the shareholders of the Company and the interested investors that, based on art. 69 of Law 24/2017 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations, republished and with subsequent amendments, and art. 130 of the FSA Regulation no. 5/2018 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations, makes available to them the Quarterly Report for the first quarter - 2022, which includes:

• 1. The economic-financial indicators mentioned in Annex no. 13 lit. A of the FSA Regulation no. 5/2018 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations;
• 1. The interim Financial Statements as at 31.03.2022 prepared in accordance with IFRS:
• a. statement of financial position (statement of assets, liabilities and equity);
  • b. the statement of comprehensive income (statement of income and expenses);

The Report shall be signed by the authorized persons.
