regarding the availability of the Quarterly Report on 30.09.2024

In compliance with the provisions under Law no.24/2017 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations, with art.125 Regulation no. 5/2018 of the ASF on issuers of financial instruments and market operations, Bucharest Stock Exchange code and financial calendar for the year 2024, the management of Şantierul Naval Orşova SA informs the shareholders and the investors that the data concerning the QUARTERLY REPORT, corresponding to the period 01.01.2024-30.09.2024, nonaudited, shall be published on the company's website: www.snorsova.ro and shall be made available to all those interested starting with the date of 11.11.2024, 8³⁰ .

The electronic transmission of the trimestral report to the stock Exchange Bucharest and the monitoring Authority will be carried out to the same date and time.

As well, the Trimestral Report is available for consulting or can be obtained in written, upon request, to the company's headquarters from the town of Orşova, no. 4 Tufări Street, Mehedinţi County, starting with the same date/time.
