Infinity Capital Investments S.A. brings to the attention of investors the fact that, following the Decision C.A. no. 17/18.06.2024 the maximum number of own shares redeemed was reduced from 1,937,888 shares to 1,857,361 shares. Thus, the first own share buyback program was completed on 20.06.2024.

The situation of the shares repurchased by the Company within the previously mentioned first repurchase program, carried out between 25.03.2024 and 20.06.2024, is as follows:

• Total number of shares redeemed: 1,857,361 shares, representing 0.3715% of the share capital;

• Average redemption price: 1.8879 lei/share;

• The total value of the redeemed shares: 3,506,484.04 lei;

• The purpose of the program: free distribution to the members of the management structure and to the employees of Infinity Capital Investments S.A., within a Stock Option Plan program, according to the Decision of the A.G.E.A. no. 8/27.04.2023; - Intermediary: BT Capital Partners.
