A (1) f) of the FSA Regulation no. 1/2006 on issuers and transactions with securities, we hereby make known that on 22.08.2017 Patria Bank SA obtained the Certificate regarding the registration of mentions having as object the registration of OGSM Decision no. 4 / 28.07.2017, regarding the appointment's approval of the financial auditor PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit SRL, with a three year contract duration (2017, 2018, 2019).
