Important event to report: The vacant position for Directorate member and Directorate Chairman has been occupied

National Power Grid Co. Transelectrica SA informs the shareholders and the investors that in accordance with its attributions as per statutory and legal provisions and following the fact that Mr Ion – Toni TEAU's activity as member and Directorate Chairman has ended by parties' agreement on May 31th 2017, the Supervisory Board under decisions no. 43 and 44/29.05.2017 has appointed Mr. Luca-Nicolae IACOBICI as Directorate member provisional and Directorate Chairman also named Executive Director General beginning with June 1 st 2017.

The mandate is granted for the time interval remaining of the validity term from the mandate of his predecessor, namely until September 16, 2017.

Mr Luca-Nicolae IACOBICI appointment shall become effective from the signature date before the public notary of the acceptance statement for the membership mandate in the Directorate Member of the National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA.
