The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA gives notice the quorum necessary to carry on reunions of the Shareholders' general ordinary and extraordinary assembly has not been met on 29.05.2017, 10:00 h, respectively 12:00 h at the first convocation. The assemblies have been attended in person, by proxy or correspondence by 20 shareholders representing 10.91% of the company's share capital. Consequently, in accordance with Convening Notices the second reunion of the Shareholders' general ordinary and extraordinary assemblies will be held on 30 May 2017, 10:00 h, respectively 12:00 h, in the PLATINUM Centre building, str.
