We mention that the financial statements as of 30.09.2016 are not audited by the company's external financial auditor.

S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. will submit the Quarterly Report as of 30.09.2016 to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and Financial Supervisory Authority.
