The Board of Directors of the Company Mechanica Ceahlău SA, informs the shareholders about the extension the deadline for payments dividends for year 2015 until date 06/22/2019, due to the information received from the Central Depository SA which notified us that a total of 2,806 shareholders have dividends available at the counters of the payment agent and extending the period of payment will be in their favor.

The payment terms for the dividends remain the same.

Shareholders who, due to various reasons, cannot take possession of the dividends until 22/06/2019, can request their payment by any of the payment methods, the documents will be sent to Mecanica Ceahlau SA.
