The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the investor public about the legal documents of cumulated value above 50,000 Euro, concluded between companies where the Romanian State exercises direct or indirect control. Thus according to the enforced Order 33/19.07.2016 of ANRE (published in MOF no. 558/ 25.07.2016) completing Order 27/22.06.2016 of ANRE approving the average tariff for transmission services, the tariff of system services, the zone tariff for transmission services and the regulated price of reactive electricity, Transelectrica has concluded the following legal documents associated to the Electricity procurement contracts for CPT (Technological Consumption) on the PCCB (Centralised Bilateral Contracts Market):

• Addendum 1 to C101/06.06.2016 with the Energy Complex Company Oltenia SA; contractual value 52,714,727.25 Lei;
• Convention 1669/25.07.2016 to C154/16.07.2015 with the Energy Complex Company Oltenia SA; contractual value – 28,979,358.4 Lei.

Contracts have been reported to the BVB and ASF on 22.07.2015 and 08.06.2016.
