Press Release regarding the suspension of the dividend payment from the company's headoffice

Following the Decision no. 7 of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting on 29.04.2016, with the registration date 12.09.2016, which approved the prescription of the right to action of the dividends not cashed for more than three years from their exigibility date, during the period 12.09.2016 – 16.09.2016 SIF Oltenia SA suspends the dividend payment for updating of the data base regarding the due dividends.
