Taking into account the FSA Decision no. 1683/24.08.2016, regarding the presumption of the concerted action toward the issuer SIF Oltenia SA of the shareholders group consisting of : ERSTE GROUP BANK, BUSINESS CAPITAL FOR ROMANIA-OPPORTUNITY FUND COOPERATIEF, ROMANIAN EQUITY PARTNERS COOPERATIEF UA, SICONS CAPITAL BV, FDI ERSTE BALANCED RON and FDI ERSTE EQUITY ROMANIA, a group that owns 5.015974 % of the share capital of SIF Oltenia SA, over the limit of 5% provided by art. 286¹ (1) of the Law no. 297/2004 regarding the capital market, as further amended and supplemented,

The Administration Board of S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. reunited in the meeting as of 24.08.2016 disposed by the Decision no. 13/24.08.2016, the implementation of the FSA Decision no. 1683/24.08.2016, by suspending "pro rata" the voting rights held by the group mentioned in the FSA Decision no. 1683/24.08.2016.

The number of shares with "pro rata" suspended voting right is of 92,676 shares, representing 0.015974 % of the share capital of S.I.F. Oltenia S.A.

The list of shareholders with "pro rata" suspended voting right can be found on the site of S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A., www.sifolt.ro, section Investors Relations (subsections Holdings Statements, Continuous Reporting and General Assemblies).

Also, the Administration Board of S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. decided to bring this to knowledge of the CENTRAL DEPOSITORY SA in order to operate the suspended voting rights in the SIF Oltenia SA Shareholders Registry.
