S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. informs the investors that the Half Year Report as of $30.06.2016$ – prepared according to the provisions of Law no. 297/2004, of the R.N.S.C. Regulations no. 1/2006 and no. 15/2004 and of the F.S.A. Regulation no. 9/2014 – will be available, starting as from 08.08.2016, $6^{\frac{30}{20}}$ p.m., on company's website: www.sifolt.ro.

The report also will be made available for those interested - starting on the same date - at the S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. headquarters from Craiova, 1, Tufanele Street.

We mention that the financial statements as of 30.06.2016 are not audited by the company's external financial auditor.

S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. will submit the Half Year Report as of 30.06.2016 to Bucharest Stock Exchange and Financial Supervision Authority.
