Following the erroneous information published in the "Bancherul" electronic newspaper in the evening of 04/08/2015 on Carpatica's budgeted gross profit for 2015 in the amount of EUR 25 million, instead of EUR 25 thousand (110 thousand RON), Banca Comerciala Carpatica's management informs current and potential shareholders and investors that all materials to be submitted for approval by the General Meeting of Shareholders which will take place on 04/28/2015, including the Income and Expenses Budget proposal for 2015, are available for consultation on the Bank's website (www.carpatica.ro, About Us/Shareholders/General Meeting of Shareholders section).

Furthermore, to prevent any violation of the rules of market transparency regarding the dissemination of false information, Banca Comerciala Carpatica's management asked the "Bancherul" editorial office the urgent correction of the erroneous information.

Banca Comerciala Carpatica will promptly inform its regulators (the National Bank of Romania, the Financial Supervisory Authority and the Bucharest Stock Exchange) on the inaccurate elements presented in the abovementioned article in order to protect the interests of its shareholders and investors and to ensure the orderly organization of the market.
