Communiqué – investment projects in substations DUMBRAVA, RAURENI and AREFU

Taking into account the economic-financial situation of Subsidiary Company for Maintenance Services in the Electricity Transmission Grid Smart SA which was notified to stakeholders in the transmitted communiqué on 28 March 2019 by means of the capital market institutions, corroborated with the internal analysis on the Economic-financial restructuring plan of SMART SA, approved by Decision 1/2019 of AGEA of SMART SA, considering the request of SMART SA to obtain some capital infusion, submitted to AGEA approval on 06(08).05.2019, we can inform you the three investment projects of substations DUMBRAVA, RAURENI and AREFU, found in progress under contracts concluded with our subsidiary are deemed to be completed late as follows:

• Refurbishment of AREFU substation estimated delay in completion of 540 days;
• Refurbishment of DUMBRAVA substation estimated delay in completion of 270 days;
• Refurbishment of RAURENI substation estimated delay in completion of 450 days.
