Patria Bank S.A. informs the investors about receiving on June 27, 2023, as a defendant, the summons issued by the Bucharest Court, Civil Section VI, regarding file no. 8937/3/2023, within the trial with the shareholder Mr. Carabulea Ilie, having the deadline of 25.10.2023. The object of the litigation is the request of the shareholder Mr. Carabulea Ilie to compel the defendant to obtain the approval of the National Bank of Romania for carrying out the redemption operation of the shares held by Mr. Carabulea, at the value established within the merger by absorption approved during the General Meeting of the Shareholders of Banca Comerciala Carpatica of 05.10.2016.
