Due to the fact that (EC) Regulation 2273/2006 has been repealed on $3^{rd}$ July 2016, based on the art.37 of the (EU) Regulation no.596/2014 which has been modified and amended with the provisions of (EU) Regulation no.1052/2016, we herewith re-transmit as annexes the current reports no.40/08.07.2016 and 41/18.07.2016 related to the shares redemption program issued for July 2016 transactions
