We, hereby, pursuant the provisions of article 225 of Law 297/2004 upon capital market and of article 113, letter G, paragraph 3 of CNVM Regulation 1/2006 upon issuers and securities operations, communicate you as follows:

• 1. Referring to the addendum number 20/2016 on 03 December 2015 according to which the validity of agreement number $35001/2008$ extends for 1 January 2016 -31 December 2016, included in the Current Report on 27 January 2016, in an estimated amount of over 50,000 EUROS:
• The contracting parties, CARBOCHIM SA of Cluj-Napoca, as SELLER and EURO CLUB SRL of Timișoara, as PURCHASER
• Date of entering the addendum: 03 December 2015
• Object of the agreement: abrasive products sale and purchasing
• Total value of the agreement achieved in 2016, semester 1: 369,651.94 RON $\omega_{\rm{eff}}$ (VAT included)
• Mutual claims: on 30 June 2016, CARBOCHIM SA must collect from EURO CLUB SRL the amount of 168,092.89 RON and has no debts with EURO CLUB SRL.
• Granted warranties: not provided, stipulated penalties: 0.06% / day of delay. $\blacksquare$
