The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the shareholders and investors for implementing the provisions from Governmental Emergency Ordinance 86/2014 on transferring the Company-issued shares from the Romanian State account represented by the Government through the Secretariat General of the Government into the Romanian State account through the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Tourism.
