Important event to report: End of the mandate contracts

The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the shareholders and investors the mandate contract of Mr. Ciprian Gheorghe DIACONU ended on February 17th , 2015 by mutual agreement. Also, the National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs shareholders and investors the mandate contract of Mr. Gheorge Cristian VIŞAN ended as of February 18th, 2015 by mutual agreement.

The Executive Board carries out its activities with the members in office at the date of this release. Any vacancy on the Executive Board shall be occupied following the selection procedure, according to GEO 109/2011 regarding corporate governance of public enterprises and the Articles of Association, which takes place under the coordination of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Supervisory Board.
