The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the shareholders and the investors that in its meeting of 4th February 2015, the Supervisory Board has acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Andrei – Mihai POGONARU as Member of the Supervisory Board of Transelectrica starting with 30.01.2015.

Currently, The Supervisory Board carries out its activity with the members in office at the date of this communique until the General Assembly of Shareholders gathers for the filling of the vacancy.
