According to Art. 113 of CNVM Regulation no. 1/2006 on issuers and operations with securities, we inform you the following:

On its January 29th, 2015 meeting, Banca Comerciala Carpatica's Supervisory Board approved the following changes of Bank's Executive Board structure:

• by its decision no. 7/01.29.2015, the Supervisory Board extended the mandate of Mr. Gheorghe Cismaru as Deputy General Manager-Member of the Executive Board by one year, starting with March 1st, 2015;

• by its decision no. 9 /01.29.2015, the Supervisory Board has nominated Mr. Cornel Benchea for the position of Deputy General Manager-Member of the Executive Board. Mr. Cornel Benchea will take over his position as Deputy General Manager after obtaining all approvals and authorizations required and after completing all formalities according to the law.

Also, Mr. Ion Dobrica's mandate as Deputy General Manager-Member of the Executive Board ceases as of 01/30/2015.
