Timișoara, no offers were submitted.

Infinity Capital Investments S.A. will organize a new auction round on 13.12.2023, 12 o'clock (deadline for submitting documents 08.12.2023), in order to sell by public auction 39,628 Elba S.A. shares representing 2.37% of the share capital, at the price of 1,981,400 lei for
