PRESS RELEASE

Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that the Quarterly Report as of 30.09.2023, prepared in accordance with legislation in force, will be available on the website www.infinitycapital.ro, starting from 14.11.2023, 08:00 a.m., on the internet address: "Investors Info/Reports/Periodical Reports".

The report will be available to those interested, starting from the same date, at the Infinity Capital Investments S.A. headquarter from Craiova, 1 Tufănele Street.

The Condensed Interim Separate Financial Statements as of 30.09.2023 drawn up in accordance with Rule no. 39/2015 for the approval of the Accounting Regulations in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards applicable to the entities authorized, regulated and supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority of the Financial Instruments and Investments Sector, as well as the Investor Compensation Fund, with subsequent amendments and additions.

We mention that the Condensed Interim Separate Financial Statements as of 30.09.2023 are not audited by the company's external financial auditor.

Infinity Capital Investments S.A. will submit the quarterly Report as of 30.09.2023 to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and Financial Supervisory Authority.
