Infinity Capital Investments S.A. notifies shareholders and investors that, in the auction organized on 25.10.2023, an open competitive auction with dutch-style outcry, the participation of 11.42% of the share capital, owned by Infinity Capital Investments S.A. at Corealis S.A., was awarded, respectively 655,757 shares at the price of 1,600,047.08 lei for the entire package of shares.

The sale-purchase contract will be signed with the successful tenderer within 30 working days from the date of signing the award report.
