Infinity Capital Investments S.A. organizes on 27.09.2023, 12 o'clock, at the address in Craiova, Tufănele street no. 1, Dolj county, open competitive tender with outcry for the sale of the 2.37% stake in the share capital, owned by INFINITY CAPITAL INVESTMENTS S.A. at ELBA S.A. Timişoara, respectively 39,628 shares at the minimum starting price of 3,170,240 lei.

The sale is made for the participation in its entirety, i.e. for all the shares held by INFINITY CAPITAL INVESTMENTS S.A. in the share capital of ELBA S.A., not individually or fractionally.

Romanian or foreign natural and/or legal persons can present themselves at the auction meeting who prove that they meet the requirements set out in the Regulation on the organization and conduct of the auction.
