Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs shareholders and investors that, as part of the auction organized on 09.08.2023, open competitive auction with outcry, the asset owned by the Company in Târgoviște, Bulevardul Carol I no. 20, Dâmbovița county, was awarded at the price of 875,000 lei, to which VAT is added according to legal provisions.

The sale-purchase contract will be signed with the successful tenderer within 30 working days from the date of signing the award report.
