Infinity Capital Investments S.A. notifies shareholders and investors that, in the auction organized on 03.08.2023, an open competitive auction with dutch-style outcry, the participation of 27.455% of the share capital, owned by Infinity Capital Investments S.A. to Turism Lotus Felix S.A., was awarded, respectively 347,859,802 shares at the price of 9,044,355 lei for the entire package of shares.

The sale-purchase contract will be signed with the successful tenderer within 30 working days from the date of signing the award report.
