Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs investors and shareholders of the initiation of the necessary steps for the sale of the 27.455% stake held within the share capital of TURISM LOTUS FELIX S.A., according to the AON (all or nothing) principle, valid from July 26, 2023.

Infinity Capital Investments S.A. intends to sell a number of 347,859,802 shares issued by TURISM LOTUS FELIX S.A. with the nominal value of 0.1 lei/share at the minimum price of 0.036 lei/share, respectively the amount of 12,522,953 lei for the entire package of shares.
