Cluj (SIRM), through the "special order sale" method on the market of offers and special operations administered by B.V.B.

S.I.F Oltenia S.A. intends to sell a number of 1.555.509 SIRM shares, at the price of 9.00 lei/share. The sales order is AON (all or nothing) and is valid from 19.06.2023.
