Societatea de Investitii Financiare Oltenia S.A. informs investors and shareholders of the initiation of the necessary steps for the sale of the 27.455% stake held within the share capital of TURISM LOTUS FELIX S.A., according to the AON (all or nothing) principle, valid from June 21, 2023.

S.I.F Oltenia S.A.intends to sell a number of 347,859,802 shares issued by TURISM LOTUS FELIX S.A. with the nominal value of 0.1 lei/share at the minimum price of 0.11 lei/share, respectively the amount of 38,264,579 lei for the entire package of shares.
