Following the current report no. 3670 of 27.03.2023, Societatea de Investiții Financiare Oltenia S.A. informs the shareholders and potential investors that, in exercising the right of preemption, the entitled shareholders of Elba S.A. Timisoara did not show, within the legal term, the intention to acquire the stake held by S.I.F. Oltenia S.A.

As a result of this, S.I.F Oltenia S.A. will offer for sale, by open public auction, 39,628 shares of ELBA S.A. Timisoara, representing 2.37% of the share capital, at the price of 104.6340 lei / share, respectively the amount of 4,164,436.152 lei for the entire share package.
