on the availability of the Annual Report at individual and consolidated level for the financial year 2022

S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. informs shareholders and investors about the availability, in electronic form, on the S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. - www.sifolt.ro, on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange - www.bvb.ro and at the company's headquarters of the Annual Report and financial statements at individual and consolidated level for the financial year 2022, approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 27.04.2023.

The individual and consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2022 are audited by the company's financial auditor.

S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. also informs shareholders and investors of the availability on the S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. website - www.sifolt.ro and on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange- www.bvb.ro of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year 2022, in the single European electronic format (ESEF) according to the Transparency Directive 2004/109 / EC (TD ) to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
