OMV Petrom SA anunta actionarii si investitorii sai, ca raportul continand rezultatele consolidate ale Grupului Petrom pentru perioada ianuarie – martie 2012, intocmit in conformitate cu Standardele Internationale de Raportare Financiara, va fi disponibil pe site-ul www.petrom.com, sectiunea Relatia cu investitorii si la Bursa de Valori Bucureşti, incepand cu data de 9 mai 2012, ora 8:30 (ora locala), simultan cu publicarea rezultatelor OMV la Bursa din Viena si pe site-ul www.omv.com.
OMV Petrom SA announces its shareholders and investors that the Petrom Group's consolidated results for January – March 2012 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards will be available on the website www.petrom.com, Investor Relations section and at the Bucharest Stock Exchange starting with May 9, 2012, 8:30 hours (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV Results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com.
