In accordance with Art. 234 para l) and art. 144 A. of the FSA Regulation 5/2018 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations and in addition to the Current Report no. 155327/24.07.2020, Patria Bank SA informs that the Bank was summoned by the High Court of Cassation and Justice, with the mention to submit a contestation, in the file no. 22659/3/2018, having as object the appeal filed by Mr. Ilie Carabulea against the Civil Decision no. 904/23.07.2020, pronounced by the Bucharest Court of Appeal.

Further on, the Bank will file a contestation within the procedural term.
