S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. informs the investors that THE OUARTERLY REPORT as of 31.03.2015, prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Law no. 297/2004 and R.N.S.C. Regulations no. 1/2006 and 15/2004, will be available to the public as from 15.05.2015, as follows:

• in electronic form, on the Company's website: www.sifolt.ro;

• in written form, at the Company's headquarters from Craiova, 1, Tufănele St.

The quarterly report includes:

• The financial reporting forms elaborated on 31.03.2015 (Situation of assets, debts and shareholders' equity, Profit and loss account, Informative data as well as the Explanatory Notes elaborated according to the applicable regulations) with the mention that they are not audited by the company's financial auditor;

• The economic-financial indicators stated in the Appendix no. 30 B of the R.N.S.C. Regulations no. 1/2006, calculated as of 31.03.2015;

• The detailed statement of assets as of 31.03.2015 (Appendix no. 17), according to the R.N.S.C. Regulations no. 15/2004, with the subsequent amendments and supplements
