• in the case no. 45844/3/2016 before the Bucharest Law Court in contradictory with the BANCA COMERCIALA ROMANA having as object action in annulment of the Shareholders General Meeting, the court set a new hearing date as of 22.06.2017 for submission of the view regarding the reply to counterstatement (addition to the summon);

• in the case no. 5756/279/2012* having as object the order to pay damages of the company Serviciile Comerciale Romane SA Piatra Neamt, in the capacity of major shareholder of the company Contactoare SA Buzau, having as legal basis art. 210 of the Law no. 297/2004, following upholing of the SIF OLTENIA SA appeal by the Bacau Board of Appeal through the Decision no. 689/12.05.2017 - final and irrevocable, the defendant Serviciile Comerciale Romane SA Piatra Neamt has been ordered to pay to SIF Oltenia SA the amount of 104,627.28 lei, representing damages and 9,960.14 lei representing court expenses.
