SIF Oltenia SA informs investors that it has filed in court two sue petitions contradictorily with BANCA COMERCIALĂ ROMÂNĂ:

• petition having as object action in annulment of the EGSM of BCR on 23.11.2016 being subject of the file no.45844/3/2016;

• petition to intervene having as object the rejection of application for authorisation of the merger approved by the EGSM of BCR on 23.11.2016, being the subject of the file no. 44243/3/2016 that will have the first hearing on 17.01.2017. Defendants: BCR, BCR REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT SRL and BUCHAREST FINANCIAL PLAZZA SRL.
