IMPACT Company informs the shareholders and investors on the following solution given by the court instances:

File no. 24446/3/2015 (renumbered case no. 9122/299/2007), that had as (main) parties: Impact as recurrent-plaintiff and the National Forests Administration- Romsilva - Bucharest Forestry Department, as respondent defendant and as subject the plaintiff's application on "defendant's obligation to allow auto and pedestrian access on the access road called Vadul Moldovei towards the lands belonging to the undersigned located in Drumul Pădurea Neagră Street/ Drumul Pădurea Pustnicu Street; to pay periodically compensation damages amounting to EUR 1,000 /day up to fulfillment of the above mentioned obligations."

The file had as subject the appeal addressed by Impact against the civil decision no. 4795A/09.12.2015, pronounced by Bucharest Court, 4^th civil division.

By civil decision pronounced on the date of 21.11.2016, Bucharest Court of Appeal, 3^rd civil division, rejected the appeal as ungrounded. Decision is irrevocable.
