Notice from Written Resolution

Today a Written Resolution was resolved pursuant to the summons for a Written Resolution dated 31 January 2025 (the "Summons").

All capitalised terms used, but not defined, herein shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Summons.

The Proposed Resolution was adopted according to the voting requirements of the Bond Terms and the Bond Trustee is authorised to take the necessary actions to implement the Proposed Resolution.

Payment of the Consent Fee in accordance with the Summons is still conditional upon (i) the Proposal being approved for all of the Bond Issues and (ii) the occurrence of the Effective Date for all of the Bond Issues. A separate notice will follow with information of the result.
