Change of Name, Subsidiary Change of Name, Change of Registered Office and Website

Change of Name

The Company is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 29 January 2025, the Company has now formally changed its name from Dukemount Capital Plc to capAI Plc at Companies House and a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name has been issued.

As a result, the change of name and the change of Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ("TIDM") from DKE to CPAI has taken effect on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The ISIN and SEDOL numbers for the Company's ordinary shares will remain unchanged as GB00BMWC6Q55 and BMWC6Q5 respectively.

Shareholders are unaffected by the changes and existing share certificates will remain valid and should be retained.

Subsidiary Change of Name

The Company has also changed the name of its existing subsidiary from Dukemount Ltd to capAI opportunities Ltd.

Change of Registered Office

The Company has changed its registered office to 9 Innovation Place, Douglas Drive, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1JX with immediate effect.

Website

The Company's website will also change to:

www.capaiplc.com  

The website has been created internally at no cost to the Company to preserve its cash resources as we focus on our entrance to the AI space.  This will be live very shortly.
