Landi Renzo: resignation of one statutory auditor
Cavriago (RE), February 5, 2025 - Notice is hereby given that today Marina Vienna, Statutory Auditor of Landi Renzo S.p.A. ("Landi Renzo" or the "Company") appointed on October 31, 2024, resigned from the office, due to incompatibility with the commitment required by other positions currently held.
Statutory Auditor Marina Vienna does not hold, directly and/or indirectly, any shares of the Company and there are there any indemnities or other benefits of any kind in favour of her as a result of the termination of office.
The Company sincerely thanks the Statutory Auditor Marina Vienna for her professionalism.
Pursuant to Article 2401 of the Italian Civil Code, also in order to ensure compliance with the gender requirements provided for under current legislation, Anna Cacciaguerra, whose curriculum vitae is available on the Company's website (www.landirenzogroup.com, Investors Section), takes over.
The current composition of Landi Renzo's Board of Statutory Auditors is therefore as follows: Fabio Zucchetti (Chairman), Luca Aurelio Guarna (Effective Auditor) and Anna Cacciaguerra (Effective Auditor).
