IWS Starwalker awarded its first charter contract

Integrated Wind Solutions ASA (“IWS”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, IWS Fleet AS, has secured a fixed nine-month charter contract plus up to three months options for the Commissioning Service Operation Vessel (“CSOV”) IWS Starwalker.

IWS Starwalker is the fourth out of the six Skywalker class CSOVs. The charter is scheduled to commence in mid-February 2025 for an existing client. Based on the latest reported backlog as of Q3 2024, this contract represents about a 15% increase in the value of the backlog.
