Nordic Unmanned ASA – Group auditor resignation

NU Group has today, 4. February 2025, been formally informed that the company's auditor has had to withdraw their engagement following the board of directors' announcement on 3. February 2025 to file petition for bankruptcy. As a result of filed petition at Sør-Rogaland District Court, the estate of the bankruptcy has today been transferred to a trustee who will manage the estate on behalf of the creditors.
