NOMINATO L'ESPERTO DELLA COMPOSIZIONE NEGOZIATA DELLA CRISI
Torino (TO), 03 febbraio 2025 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. SB (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, facendo seguito ai comunicati pubblicati in data 25 gennaio 2025 e 28 gennaio 2025, con riferimento all'istanza presentata in data 27 gennaio 2025 alla Camera di Commercio competente di Torino, ex artt. 12 e ss. del Codice della Crisi d'Impresa e dell'Insolvenza ("CCII"), si informa che in data odierna la Camera di Commercio ha nominato il Dottor Mario Leonardo Marta quale esperto della Composizione Negoziata.

NEGOTIATED SETTLEMENT EXPERT APPOINTED
Turin (TO), February 3rd, 2025 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. S.B. (Ticker OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, following the announcements published on January 25th, 2025 and January 28th, 2025, with reference to the petition submitted on January 27th, 2025 to the competent Chamber of Commerce of Turin, pursuant to Articles 12 et seq. of the Code of Corporate Crisis and Insolvency ('CCII'), we inform you that today the Chamber of Commerce has appointed Mr. Mario Leonardo Marta as expert in the Negotiated Settlement.
